1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 777qq platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming any promotional offer, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the 777qq platform.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the 777qq platform regardless of the device, browser or location from which they access the service. • You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party.
• You hold only one registered account on the 777qq platform. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts may be suspended and accumulated balances forfeited pending review.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 777qq is lawful in your location.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of an employee or director of 777qq or any of its affiliated entities.

3Account Registration and Security

To use the full range of 777qq services you must register an account. Registration requires providing accurate personal information including a valid Bangladesh mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials at all times.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and kept up to date. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account closure without return of balance.
• You must not share your 777qq login credentials with any other person. Any activity carried out under your account is considered your responsibility regardless of whether you authorised it.
• 777qq reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documents at any stage, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact 777qq support immediately via the published support email. 777qq will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the account holder failed to notify us promptly.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 777qq platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 777qq accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of the transaction.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in immediate account review.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are published on the platform. 777qq reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with reasonable notice.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit unless otherwise agreed in writing with the 777qq support team. This policy exists to prevent money laundering.
• Bonus funds and promotional credits are subject to their own wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in full in each promotion's specific terms.
• 777qq reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending identity verification or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. In such cases, 777qq will notify the account holder as soon as reasonably practicable.

5Bonuses and Promotions

777qq offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms.

• Each promotional offer may be claimed only once per eligible account unless otherwise stated. Creating additional accounts to claim bonuses multiple times is prohibited and constitutes fraud.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first be converted to real money through wagering. The applicable rollover requirement is shown in the promotional terms for each offer.
• 777qq reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, technical error or where offering the promotion is no longer commercially viable.
• Winnings derived from free spins are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotional terms. Free spin values and associated wagering requirements vary by promotion.
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported immediately. 777qq reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds credited due to a technical error, regardless of whether they have been wagered or converted.

6Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 777qq platform are operated by licensed third-party game providers. Each game is subject to the individual rules set by its provider. Players are expected to familiarise themselves with applicable game rules before wagering.

• Slot games and RNG table games use certified Random Number Generators audited by independent testing laboratories. RTP percentages for individual games are available on request from the game provider.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game or an active bet, 777qq will attempt to honour the bet at the result achieved at the point of disconnection where technically possible. Where this is not possible, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• Any technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game will be investigated. Where a malfunction is confirmed, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned. 777qq's decision in such matters is final.
• Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant sporting authority. 777qq reserves the right to void any bet where the result is disputed, reversed or where there is clear evidence of match manipulation.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777qq platform. Engaging in any of the following actions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and permanent ban from the platform.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets or exploit game mechanics in a way not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated in-play betting.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch or pricing error to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or discovered error will be voided and the amounts reclaimed.
• Using the platform to launder money or to conduct any transaction that is connected to criminal activity. 777qq is required by applicable standards to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
• Registering more than one account, or allowing another person to use your registered account, or registering on behalf of another person.

8Account Suspension and Closure

777qq reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, suspected age misrepresentation, suspected money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to 777qq or to other players.

Where an account is closed for a reason other than breach by the account holder, any verified real money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances will not be returned in such cases.

9Responsible Gaming

777qq is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools to help players stay in control of their gambling activity. By accepting these Terms & Conditions you acknowledge that gambling should be treated as a form of paid entertainment, not as a means of generating income.

• You may set deposit limits, loss limits and session time limits on your account at any time by contacting 777qq support. Once set, limits may not be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Self-exclusion is available on request. A player who requests self-exclusion will be locked out of the platform for the period requested. During a self-exclusion period, 777qq will take reasonable steps to prevent re-registration.
• 777qq will not extend credit to any player. You may only wager funds that are already present in your verified real money balance. Gambling on credit is not permitted under any circumstances.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the 777qq platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials and data compilations, is the exclusive property of 777qq or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, upload or transmit any part of the platform content without prior written permission from 777qq. Your account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777qq shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill or any other intangible loss, even if 777qq has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

777qq does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party provider outages, and network conditions outside our control may result in temporary unavailability. 777qq will not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of platform downtime.

12Privacy

Your use of the 777qq platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection standards. 13Amendments to These Terms

777qq reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, 777qq will provide reasonable notice to registered account holders via the email address or mobile number on record. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. 14Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the 777qq platform that cannot be resolved informally through our support team will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. 777qq encourages all players to contact our support team in the first instance to resolve any issue before pursuing formal action.
